Our Goal
We strive to develop an empowered and reformed Caribbean, with youth finding their true passions and specializing in diverse fields. Our goal is to be a platform through which we can empower a new generation of professionals who feel equipped and connected to their interests within their country.
Our Minds
The Minds are the driving force behind the MindsOf Initiative. They are young, successful professionals who are committed to passing on their knowledge to our mentees. All you have to do is find a Mind you think would serve as a good mentor for you.
Our Impact
We are determined to break the barriers to mentorship that exist for students today. No longer will students have to try to figure it out on their own. We are here to impart knowledge we have gained during our own educational and professional journey. MindsOf will see to it that students from across the island will be able to interact with and be advised by individuals who have successfully navigated their career path thus far. Students who choose to take advantage of this Minds Of Jamaica resource will find themselves more equipped to take on the challenges that lie ahead to achieve their goals.

The most difficult decision for many students is identifying a career path that represents a passion as well as an adequate utilization of their talents. Here at MindsOf, we think the more information you have about what careers exists will increase your chances of finding a successful career path. You’ll be able to search for Minds who fall under specific career tracks. We hope to present both traditional paths and well as emerging careers that utilize our modern advancements in this global, connected economy.
Creative arts & design
The creative expression of ideas can fall into music, art, drama and design. MindsOf is committed to highlighting a variety of young creatives who can give you insight into what it takes to make the most of your creative energy.
science & Medicine
Scientists, doctors, veterinarians, pharmacists is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to all the fields and disciplines that fall into this category. Our Minds will represent the diversity which exists in this area and you, the student, will be able to learn more about how they made their dreams a reality.
Engineering
From mechanical engineers to environmental engineers, work in a variety of fields to analyze, develop and evaluate large-scale systems. MindsOf hopes to provide young students the opportunity to learn about what it takes to be a successful engineer from engineers.
Information technology
Informational technology is at the heart of what keeps the biggest companies to the smallest stores in business and running smoothly. Students represent the future computer programmers, systems analysts and network administrators.
