Camir Ricketts
Founding Director
Camir is a fierce advocate for the development of all of Jamaica and an even greater advocate for mentorship in Jamaica and among Jamaicans. He is a PhD candidate in Computational Biology and Medicine at Weill Cornell Medicine in Manhattan, New York. He has used his platform for the development of opportunities for his fellow Jamaicans and other Caribbean individuals. Camir has served in multiple leadership roles at his current institution and his alma mater, The University of Georgia, to push for increasing the diversity and representation in professional fields. Camir is a proud alumnus of the Herbert Morrison Technical High School in Montego Bay, Jamaica.
Shari Watson

Hailing from the island of Barbados, Shari is known to everyone who will listen as a relentless ambassador for her country. After graduating from the University of Georgia, she returned to her beautiful home where she was able to combine two of her passions: the love of foreign languages and mentoring students. Shari is thrilled to give back to her alma mater, Queen’s College, where she believes communication, transparency & building relationships with her students have been the secret to her success as a teacher and counselor to her children. When Ms. Watson isn’t taking care of her students, her artistic ventures, napping, photography and art, take up most of her time. Her passion project, Carib Created, documents her journey through calligraphy and painting.
Mark Titus

Mark Titus is an investigative/enterprise journalist, employed to the Gleaner Company (Media) limited since 2007. Mark honed his skills in investigations as a member of the Jamaica Constabulary Force (1994 – 2002) and is the 2008 recipient of the Press Association of Jamaica (PAJ) award for investigative journalism.
Shanae Reid

Shanae believes that her heart was planted in the soils of charity and so enjoys giving back and being of service to others. She is a co founder of Pioneers Of Hope where the aim is “to be the representation of the love and compassion we have towards mankind, and to bring hope to all through acts of kindness. She also runs others business called ShoutOut! and SoFully Scrumptious. In her spare time she prefers to be laying on a beach or finding new things to laugh about with friends and family.
